Statement of Purpose: The Governance Committee combines what was formerly the Policy and Procedures and Oregon Administrative Rules Committees. Members of this committee have oversight of OUNC governance documents, policies, and administrative procedures. This includes reviewing, maintaining the Policy and Procedures Manual, Bylaws, and Oregon Administrative Rules.

Publicity
Statement of Purpose: The Publicity & Education Committee is charged with developing a variety of educational and promotional materials to raise the awareness of excavators, facility operators and the general public of the requirements of the Oregon excavation laws. The Committee uses television, radio and the print media to get our message out.

Budget, Audit & Tariff
Statement of Purpose: Prepare annual budget for review and approval of Board of Directors. The Tariff portion of the Committee develops and maintains the current fee structure for subscribing operators. Tariffs are coordinated with assistance from the Budget Committee and the full OUNC Board. Current tariffs are on file at the One Call Center.

Statement of Purpose: To conduct, facilitate and track training classes and related resources for excavators and locators consistent with best practices.
